Ok all here’s another one to get ya all fired up! Have you looked at the creamer you use? I ask about this one because I honestly believe the Coffeemate Coconut creamer was part of the reasons I developed colon cancer. I used this stuff just about 2 times per day every single day for YEARS!!!
It doesn’t matter which one you pick up of their brand it is all made of terrible ingredients humans were not supposed to be drinking!!!
Even the brands I am sure many of you THINK are so much better, well I am here to burst your bubble because they are not!
I included a photo that is not originally mine, but I keep in my phone to be able to reference if I am at the store looking at a product.
Not even your oatmilks or almond milks. Please look at those labels. Better yet really look at what “oats” and “oatmilk” really do to a body. You will think differently about the so-called “heart-healthy” breakfast.
There are VERY few if any, creamers at your big box stores that are free from these ingredients.
Imagine what Starbucks and other chains are adding to your coffee you are getting at least 2 times per day?
The unbelievable amount of sugar and seed oils in them are beyond words.
Please take a serious look at what you are drinking. If I can give you any piece of advice try AT LEAST ordering 1/2 the pumps that you normally get. This is a start. See the pdf attached that is public knowledge to see the sugar count in your favorite Starbucks beverage.
Did I used to drink them? Yes…of course I did.
I never thought cancer would happen to me. I never thought companies would be putting their bottom line over my health. I was sadly mistaken.
So, what do I use to get that perfect cup of coffee at home or when I am out?
If I order at the coffee shop, I order plain lattes with whole milk and organic if possible. For my iced lattes I try to have organic coconut milk. (Coffee Shack Coffee Roasters) has the BEST ones for sure!
At home I use grass-fed butter, KOS organic coconut powder, a touch of non-pasteurized milk, and MCT oil. MCT stands for medium-chain triglycerides. MCTs contain fatty acids that naturally occur in coconut, palm kernel oil, and milk fat. Your body turns MCTs into molecules called ketones, which help burn fat, curb cravings, and power your brain.
The key for me is to use a frother or handheld blender because I love to have the froth on my coffee.
Key take away is to look at that label. Fillers and seed oils are are not your friends and should be avoided. Eliminate or greatly reduce your sugar intake.
Don’t tell me you can’t do it. If I can, you can too. I believe in you!
