
Keto Mini Cheeseburgers with Homemade Big Mac Sauce
These burgers make a great appetizer
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/8 cup Dried Onions
Homemade Mayo
- 1 Egg (I use fresh from a farm or organic pasture raised)
- 1 cup Avacado oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Red or White Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Big Mac Sauce
- 1/2 cup Homemade Mayo
- 4 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
- 2 tsp Yellow Mustard
- 1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
Mini Burgers
- I use burger from my local farmer aka: https://fieldtoforkcattleco.com. They have the BEST ground beef. Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce and onions in a bowl.
- If you are making this an appetizer, make small balls to be able smash on the grill, or you could cook them in your air fryer if you wanted to keep them in a ball form. Otherwise, if you are making this for your dinner just do regular size burgers. Add your favorite cheese, and then top with a piece of lettuce and dill pickle slice. Stick a fancy toothpick through it all and you have a beautiful appetizer!
Homemade Mayo
- This is easier than you think and soooo much healthier! Simply take all the mayo ingredients above and add them together in a glass jar or bowl.
- Take your immersion blender and put it to the bottom of the jar and mix. It's that easy! I always thought you had to add the oil in slowly but you don't have to do that! It literally takes 10 seconds…that's it!
Big Mac Sauce
- Mix all ingredients together for the sauce.
Notes
Don’t overthink this recipe but don’t leave out the homemade mayo. Mayo is one of those condiments we don’t realize is so bad for us in the store bought version. It is so easy to make…trust me!
